EDUCATIONAL TRUST PA Golf Outing The 13 Annual DFI Educational Trust Pennsylvania Golf Outing took place on July 16 at the Chartiers Country Club in Pittsburgh, Pa. Silman At-Large Scholarship Winners In July, the Trust awarded the 2018 At- Large Scholarships, which are available to undergraduate and graduate civil engineer- ing students attending any accredited college or university in the U.S. The funding for the 2018 General Scholarships came from the Charles J. Berkel Memorial Scholarship Fund. In addition, the Thomas Wysockey Civil Engineering Scholarship, the John O’Malley Civil Engineering Scholarship and the inaugural Francis Gularte Scholarship were awarded. A total of $47,500 in scholarships was awarded.
