Following a networking break, Rick Deschamps, Ph.D., P.E., Nicholson Con- struction, shared valuable and practical advice and recommendations in his lecture on “Future > Forward > Risk, Relationships and Reflections,” which offered both technical and nontechnical insights as we navigate our projects.
