New Jersey continues to lead the nation in adopting the most up-to-date building and safety codes available in the industry and implementing them with a network of highly trained, dedicated code enforcement officials. The I-Codes are the most widely used and adopted set of building safety codes in the U.S. and around the world. In this role, she is leading, managing, coaching and men- toring the engineering sales and business development team; developing a frame- work for strategic selling; identifying and developing value-added customer and community solutions; identifying new markets and new customer channels; and providing a total package of design, procurement, installation and construction management on a variety of application and challenging projects. For the last 14 years, she has been fortunate to build experience as a geotechnical engineer/ project manager and onsite engineer with emphasis on foundation design and con- struction. Nagarajan has been volunteering as co-chair of the Deep Foundations Institute of India Support Committee, and is an active member of DFI’s Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Committee and co-founder of the Metro NYC Women in Deep Foundations Institute (WiDF) group.
