(Nicholson) with the tieback installation. The tiebacks were installed from late 2006 thru late 2007 solely by Terra. Terra engaged in discussions with Nicholson in mid-2008, which led to the acquisition of Terra by Nicholson on 12/31/2008, more than 12 months after this work was completed.
